The cleaner they sent came one time, I asked him to primarily focus on the bathrooms, and he didn’t even wipe down the vanity in the en-suite or clean my sink... charged me $73, and then the following week left the service and did not inform me.

We failed our end of lease inspection after booking an end of lease clean. The cleaner was argumentative and rude when we asked them to address the remaining issues in line with the company's end of lease clean guarantee. Pricing was also an issue. Despite viewing the property and providing a quote, we were told it would likely take longer and cost more in the days leading up to our booking which seemed deliberately misleading. Overall this was, unfortunately, a very negative and stressful experience to deal with while moving. I would not recommend this service.

We ordered an end of lease clean with this company, the ladies came and were very friendly and professional. They signed off on the clean for us, the real estate contacted us to say the cleaning wasn't up to standard and they needed to come back. We contacted the cleaners again and told them this, they replied that they couldn't for a couple of days. The new tenants of the house moved in and the company said they couldn't return due to policy but never told us earlier this was a rule. I called Absolute domestics directly, and was told a regional manager would get back to me. Still waiting on the call, and now had to pay an extra fee for the real estate to get cleaners to come back, so ended up losing a lot of money.

We are very happy with our cleaner, who shows a personal interest in our welfare as well as making sure our home is clean and that we live in a healthy environment; we have even enjoyed her home baking and she potted up a flower to bring us one week.

Very professional and responsive. They were able to find me a cleaner within 24 hours. Followed up to ensure that I was happy with the cleaner. The cleaner was very professional. Arrived on time. Cleaned the house for me and to my surprise tidied up all my drawers and cupboards, folded my clothes from the clothes line. What a service. Loyal client forever.

Our tenants engaged the services of this cleaning company. The cleaners charged close to $1,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Unfortunately the cleaning was not to the agency standard and the cleaners were asked to re-attend. This process was made very difficult as I was advised that it was their company policy not to collect keys therefore I had to organise to meet and hand keys over. I specifically asked for a message once the job had been completed. To this date I have still not received the message. Therefore, communication was very poor.Unfortunately our tenants were left feeling very disappointed with the service they paid for.

It's really hard, some cleaners are great, others not so much. You don't know what you'll get. Today, the cleaner left heavy boxes on my bed, left too early, yet charged too much, and I ended up with a injury from lifting the boxes back down.

Great years ago, but gone downhill recently - Most unprofessional contractors they are assigning to jobs. Wouldn't use them again!!Was great service provided by one cleaner which we we had for few years for my mother, but as she moved to other employment since then have had nothing but trouble trying to secure another reliable cleaner. Only few hours needed for fortnightly clean for my elderly, mother with mobility issues and offered 2 cleaners. I turned up once late, demanded payment but hadn't even supplied payment details as requested prior to the first clean then just never turned up again or contacted to say wouldn't be available. Then next cleaner didn't turn up for first clean sighting covid and never heard from her again despite committing to time the following fortnight. Very easy cleaning with minimal dustovers and mopping of floors required. When I reported this to agency, they tried to phone offering another cleaner.. not interested as they had 2 goes to get this right and we had to go and do cleaning.. going to another company who hopefully will put customer first. Very disappointing as no feedback or e-mail as to what happened to the cleaners.. Waste of time to engage any further with this company..

A very poor experience with Absolute Domestics.We were sent a very young girl, maybe 18 or 19, who was very nice and polite. However, it quickly became apparent that she had little cleaning experience, if any at all. Neither the bathroom or kitchen were mopped. The toilet had not been cleaned with the brush. We were left with smudge marks all over our large glass sliding doors. The only things that were done ok were the balcony floor and shower glass. She didn't even mop the shower floor. We honestly don't know what she did with the allocated 3 hours.Absolute Domestics called with a follow-up and upon being told that we were very unhappy and that we felt we'd been completely ripped off they said they were sorry but couldn't offer a refund or any compensation at all.Stay clear of this company. It's a total gamble. Money down the drain!Adam S.

Very very disappointed with my cleaner. As a first time customer I booked a 4 hour clean which is a huge amount of time for the size of my Home. After specifically asking the bathrooms to be prioritised first in the clean I arrived home and one of my showers was not touched, the shower screens were filthy, soap scum on the shower floor, bathroom floors had not been mopped, under the toilet seat had not been cleaned. I wish I could add photos to this review to show the level of dirt and grime left. I feel so disappointed.
