I am probably old school. but I used to go in a pizza shop. ordrr what I wanted, paid in cash, waited inside til my pizza was being prepared, get my order and leave... apparently we can't do that anymore.

Great place, fantastic priced food cheap and affordable with great quality to match !! Staff all though often young, are neat professional and courteous. Me and my wife eat here regularly and never had a problem. Although usually we pick up we have had delivery a few times and again the staff where lovely and efficient, they delivered within 10mins (we live about 4 mins away) and the food was piping hot. 100% recommended to anyone !!

Was very dissapointed firstly at the size of the pizza for the price. They forgot a portion of the order and had to send a second delivery. I doubt i will order there again. Sorry.

My husband and I love a good domino’s pizza, we always order delivery and never had a problem but tonight was a little different and pretty frustrating. I ordered a pizza and 2 sides for me and my daughter to share. Halfway through the payment side of things the app crashed and closed down. I didn’t think too much about it as it hadn’t fully processed. I was about to start a new order when I thought I’d check my banking app to see if the money had come out, it had. I then thought to call the store to see if they’d received the order as the money had come out. When I called I was placed on hold which was no problem I understand Friday night would be a busy time but there was no hold as such the phone was just placed down and I could still hear everything going on in the background. I was on hold for a little over 4 mins when the phone call suddenly ended. I then called back again and someone answered and I could hear the background noise in the store but no one was talking. I said hello a few times but it seemed like no one was there. I now have to make the drive into town with a very hungry 2year old to figure out if the store has actually received my order. All could have been sorted with a call if the line was working properly.

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely awful pizza. Requested deep pan, received thin crust that was soft and barely cooked or warm - would not recommend!

Ordered a „Impossible Supreme„ pizza (veg !) and got bacon on it! The pizza was full of it! Thank you for let me pay 31$ for a pizza I could throw directly into the bin! And in addition to that, the pizza was cold when delivered. Which is also not a surprise since there was no isolation box used when delivered…About my request for money back I got no response…Awful experience, never again!

Ordered 5 pizzas for family and they were not even near to the dominos quality and presentation that we normally get elsewhere.Pizzas were not cut properly.Base was either burnt or half cooked.Veggies were just dropped over, not even properly spread. Not to mention they were not enough.Chicken pizza was like they forgot to add chicken.Some photos for fellow foodies.Suggestion to Dominos Albany, please believe in quality than quantity. Stop taking order for a while if you are overloaded.

Young people working were polite and conscientious. One young girl when taking an order managed an intoxicated adult male extremely well without any adult support. The person tasked with removing the pizzas from the oven and chopping them was rough with the pizza sending pieces of topping on to the floor and spent most of his time talking and joking with another employee. When I spoke with this person complaining of the disregard he showed for our pizza and others he had previously chopped it turned out he was the Manager. He said he wasn't aware of what he had done and offered no apology. Perhaps he should take a leaf out of the work of the junior employees. Disappointing service Domino's.

Just paid $30.90 for mega bbq pizza and they have drown it in bbq sauce. This is unacceptable shocking !
