Stain Fighter

Peter was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first over the phone booking right to the completion of service. My carpet ended up being a bigger job than I had initially advised due to some surprise lipstick stains that had smudged the carpet just before Peter’s arrival. Peter committed to the job with a positive attitude and took incredible care. I was so impressed that he was able to remove a significant rust stain that had dried into the carpet with such success and the lipstick was nowhere to be seen once he was done. In terms of value, Stain Fighter is second to none. I was expecting a much higher quote for the time and effort applied to the carpet but was left wanting to hand over a tip because I could see the value and expertise provided excelled Peter’s quote. I highly recommend Stain Fighter and will be using Peter again. Excellent carpet cleaning and an overall great bloke.

Peter and his team at Stain Fighter are absolutely amazing. On two separate occasions we have had broken flexi-hose and flooding in our home and on both occasions Peter and his team were incredibly prompt (even once on a weekend after hours) and assisted with not just the clean-up but with also with ensuring that our floors were nice and dry before our new floors were laid so there was no mould.We were so impressed with Peter and his team's service that we now employ him to regularly clean our carpets. We also have a fabric lounge that our two dogs sleep on and after a while it can become smelly, but after a cleaning from Stain Fighter it looks and smells like new again.Cannot recommend Peter and his team highly enough.

We walk in to a new home. The couches looks new and the tiles were immaculate, all shiny and new. Everything was clean. They only thing I would say is maybe remember that skirting boards tends to get affected by the cleaning process (humidity) or the product itself. We have to repaint and sand all the corners and skirting boards but other than that they did a good job.

Pete was fantastic, professional and efficient. Very much a perfectionist and did a great job getting out carpet stains in our new home!!
