Very friendly staff. The biggest Birkenstock store in Melbourne. They also sell samples for cheaper price.

Terrible service. The store had one other person in it when I was there (who was being served by someone). The employee who served me looked like I was a complete hassle. I had to ask if they could measure my feet - they said it was better to just try them on to see as it takes too long. They grabbed random shoes from the shelves, put the boxes in front of me - all three pairs were unbuckled and I was left to buckle them all myself. When I asked how I knew which ones fit best, they said 'you just walk around and see what you think'. They ended up walking off to do something at the computer without saying anything to me and I was left waiting there - I ended up leaving.I never write reviews, but this was a terrible experience. I won't be shopping here again.

Walked around in store for approx. 15mons, no hello, no can I help you, nothing, 0, Nada. Proceeded to find my own size, try on multiple styles all while 3 staff talked amongst themselves and another fixed his dreadlocks in the mirror for 5 minutes. Still purchased what I came instore for, but damn, couldn't even rate the customer service because there was literally none.

My partner and I entered this store to shop for new birkies and while I understood they were quite busy we didn’t even receive a simple ‘hey sorry we are busy we will help you as soon as someone is available’. We just stood around feeling foolish for 10min before leaving completely ignored.A simple greeting should be expected and we were incredibly disappointed with the reception we received.

The retail assistants at this store are very lovely and exceptionally helpful. Gave me lots of advice when trying to choose a shoe, and even let me back in to the store 10 minutes after closing to pay for them having finally made my decision whilst sitting in my car outside. Thank you!

The customer service at this store is appalling, rude, dismissive and snooty. It's hilarious to read the replies to other reviews.The range on offer is good.

Staff were so helpful in helping my find my perfect birks and repair my old ones. They were very knowledgeable about the products and were able to tell why my old ones wore out faster from being Ill fitting. Glad I went in rather than just buying online. Also got a cool tote bag with my purchase!

What a lovely flagship! Large range of Birks, more than you would ever imagine! Very personable service. Suprised by the location, the city store is much smaller but possibly attracts more of the tourist crowd. Love the old school bike and rustic warehouse feels!
