I knew what I wanted and David was happy to not only sell it to me, but study the product (it was very new) and teach me how to use it. That was 3 years ago, he has always been helpful when I needed guidance and helped me remotely. Recently when my machine had a glitch, he organized a replacement so mine could be repaired so our business did not suffer much down time. I highly recommend David and his team for a great product and a high end customer service.
