I purchased a property through Place Kangaroo Point with the listing agents as Michael Bacon & Courtney Caulfield. Throughout the entire process we did not hear anything from the listing agents. All of our inspections, information and enquires were sorted and attended to by Chris Pilkington who was absolutely fabulous. Clearly Place have a very different business model to other real estate agents, and it is not their listing agents who do all the work and negotiations with prospective buyers so I can only recommend Chris as I did not deal with Courtney as a buyer.
