H&R Block Whitford City

The whole experience was awful, they guarantee that they can get you the “best possible tax return” but I genuinely believe I could of gotten a better result doing it myself and I would of saved myself the horrible experience I had there too. Firstly, the consultants entire demeanour was stressed and unhappy which rubbed off on me. It was my first time getting my tax done through an agent so there were times where I was a little unsure of certain questions, rather than explaining it better she snapped back and became condescending. She rushed through my return and forgot to ask me vital questions which she only remembered when she overheard her colleague asking their client or if I asked about it. Overall I walked out of there feeling deflated and disappointed. Definitely won’t be coming back.
