We are now regulars to visit this pharmacy. Staff are always helpful and the pharmacists always have time to explain any medication queries we have. Even during these busy COVID times they are trying their hardest to assist. Thanks for your continued efforts!

The pharmacy is well sorted and tidy. There is always staff on the floor & behind the counter, but their customer service is below standard. From the dozen of so times I've been there I've noticed that if they know you... They are attentive & responsive to your needs. If they don't know you... Then sort yourself out. The pharmacist that always serves me, an older gentleman, always seems annoyed at any follow up questions I might have about the medications... I can't help it, I'm a first time mum! From now on I'll be taking my business to the other big chain-pharmacies... I'll get the same non-existent customer service, but at least I'll be paying less.

Our one and only chemist in Belgrave. Belgrave Community Chemist. Very thorough and quick pickup of meds. The Chemists are very helpful if you need some advice and staff always helpful and polite. They deliver also.

Fantastic service everytime. The pharmacists are so helpful and have always known the answers to my many questions. You can also have documents certified here for a small donation to a local school. The syaff are also bery helpful and know the products well that are sold there. Its a welcoming and cheery place with good quick service

Went in on New Year's Eve with my wife, to arrange a booster vaccination. After going to Cranbourne for vaccination #1 and Ringwood for #2, this was so much more convenient, on our doorstep. Our timing was good, and in no time at all, we'd received our booster from Sally, and were on our way. Being a retired nurse, my wife is very experienced at giving injections, and like me, was very impressed by Sally's professionalism. I'm not the best at having injections, due to receiving a series of them when I was less than two-years-old. This injection was a complete non-event, because of how good Sally was at administering it. Thank you very much Sally, for a job well done.
