These guys are absolutely horrible and horrendous, neither of them do any actual work whatsoever and they talk quite a bit of smack about the tenants behind their backs. Mainly how their looks affect their ability to effectively pay rent on time. They take the least line of resistance. Do not trust them.

I used to rent from these Muppet's a while back. Very much useless. Complained of a leaky toilet that never got fixed, then they claimed that I was late paying my rent, which was an outright lie, had all the receipts of my rental payment up to date. I'd steer clear of renting from them or even listing my rental properties from them. Very poor customer service, nil respect for their client as a landlord or their duty to their customers the tenant. But I'm sure very happy to take their cut of the profits.
