I had a good experience here. The doctor was very patient and explained everything to me. The staff were lovely and friendly and were very helpful. I would recommend this place.

Yes i agree the phone does not get answered ! WHY? If you are busy pick up the phone and simply state could you please hold we dont mind ! if you call any where else thats what they do.

I'm not happy with the service. I get the impression it's all about money and not the patients with a serious disease. I was the 12.30 app. The dr was running late. I was told to go away for 2.15 hours so the other patients can have their app on time. I had driven up from rham so couldn't just go home.plus trying to speak to a real person is impossible. You have to leave 3 messages before they ring back

I cannot recommend 360 Mandurah to anyone. The psychologist I had seen boasted his qualifications, yet his approach was to tell me to repeat to him my reasons for being there until I was tired of talking about it, rather than help me utilise any healthy self care. I decided to leave 360 alltogether after a few sessions and sought help elsewhere.
