A great example of this is the 360 Routine Inspections which as a landlord is a fantastic innovation allowing you to see all aspects of your property without having to attend. The avg lease time in Townsville is around 42 days . But Donna went out of her comfort zone far and beyond for securing tenants for my property.I would highly recommend Donna, to any new property buyer or seller.
