Had a lovely experience today at Hoppers Crossing beacon lighting. I had an electrician here installing lights I had previously bought from them, and unfortunately found one of the shades was broken. Was no problem at all, I took back just the broken shade and they exchanged it for me. Super simple. Will be back in the future when I need more lights ❤️

I've been purchasing from this store for over 2 years now and whether I've been buying a new item, a discounted item, returning an item and even buying an item from another store I have always enjoyed the best all round customer service experience from all the staff. Truly a pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful group of people.Recently after a negative experience in another branch, the HC staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation which saved me time and money and honestly impressed me even more and led me to writing this review. Well done, keep up the great work!

Every time I have dealt with Beacon lighting it's been a good experience. I recently purchased goods from another Beacon lighting store and the service was good but not great like here at Hoppers. I would recommend in a heart beat.

Beacon Lighting, on Geelong Road, Hoppers Crossing, is a great store for your lighting requirements. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and if you join as a member, which is free of charge, you always get minimum of 10% off your purchase. I always come here for my lighting needs.
