I saw the negative review and just wanted to add a more positive one. We rented through Buxton for almost two years and Adriana was the senior property manager we saw the most. She was very easy to work with and communicate with and was lovely to us. I had to break the tenant agreement early due to unforeseen interpersonal circumstances and she was understanding and made the process very easy for us. I also received my bond back in full. I would rent through Adriana and Buxton again in the future.

woeful experience with senior property manager A. ValenciaI moved into a filthy property with overgrown garden and took it upon myself to clean it. Upon moving out, I went above and beyond to have the property in a cleaner state than when I moved in (I was instructed to leave it in the same that that I had moved in).Well, A. Valencia demanded I return to clean it and tend to the garden further or its $40/hr for them to hire a cleaner.This is after I had agreed to release my full bond to them so I could move back to my parents home for mental health treatment.Save yourself unnecessary frustration and request a different property manager or choose another agent.

Very easy to deal with! Rachel was an excellent communicator and very efficient when it came to purchasing our property. Rachel made the transaction run smoothly with ease.
