I’m a local and shopping at Woolworth forest lake from past 25 years, I have seen many nice people working at forest lake Woolworths over the years but 1 person who really stands out is Sam, he is very kind and helpful young man, always goes out of his way to help out. We need more people like him in this world who are kind to everyone no matter what background or colour of their skin.Thank you Sam :)

This definitely is one of the worst Woolworths stores as far as customer service goes.Very hard to find anybody and when you did ask someone after finally locating them they couldn't be bothered and the answer was I don't ask someone elseWhat a disgrace that t stuff like this are still employed

A poor quake store. Staff are very lazy and unhelpful and couldn't even answer a simple.quesion where socks and underwear were. It took 3 staff to answer that and the first girl simply couldn't be bothered and said go ask somone else.Shelves with limited stock, and the store has a lot to m improve

Emily from Woolworth Forest Lake has absolutely a very rude manner. For management who saw this review, happy to contact for more details.She worked Sat Jan 7th 2023 when we shopped at the store. from the beginning to the end she had no greetings, no eye contact... which was ok as it sometimes happened to other staff and other stores... I am not fussy about that.However what cannot tolerated was she packed our shopping bags in an anger and smashed the shopping items to thr bags. Also when we were about to pay she respectfully pointed fpos machine...During the whole transaction she looked beyond somewhere as if she was looking for something. Also the face looked quite upset.Look... We are not particular on perfect customer service.. but we need basic respect.This is the first time I wrote a review and wrote long review in my life.For management who saw this, I recommend someone to speak to Emily. My intuition told me she was not ok and something may be going on and happened to her.... if it was the case I hope she was ok.

Absolute shambles in store ever time I go there. Staff just keep pointing to different isles when I ask them where I will find a particular item, no one cares to just walk and physically show where the item is. Today wanted to buy some falafels advertised on the website, one staff said isle 10 nothing there, other staff said isle 13 nothing there, other staff said go to deli nothing there. So frustrated with their customer service I just left the store. Disgraceful attitude from staff
