Always come here for lunch when in Westpoint. Always great value and piping hot pizza too. Lady serving us today between 1 and 130pm was friendly and very efficient. She was on her own and handled the lines and orders professionally. Never had any issues here. Will be back.

Ordered 270 pizzas for our school, and Rosie, the store manager was a complete dream to work with. From the very first point of contact, she was friendly, communicative, professional and efficient. We needed to pick up the pizzas at 10:15a.m. and by the time we arrived to pick them up, Rosie and her team had all 270 pizzas stacked in trolleys (by flavour) and ready to go out. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided... and the quality of the pizzas was perfect. They were piping hot and all consistent in their toppings and sizes. Very happy, and will absolutely go to again for personal and work orders. Highly recommend.

The customer service was really worst, we ordered chicken supreme pizza and staff gave us cheese pizza , there was no vegetables, just a little chicken on that, when i asked staff that i ordered chicken supreme, and it does not even have taste like chicken supreme, no vegetable in it. Instead of apologising she started to arguing by saying that it’s looking like cheese because we don’t have vegetables and they charge us for chicken supreme, not even told us before that they don’t have vegetables. If there is zero star , i will give zero rating to them. I always buy pizza from pizza hut but never faced poor customer service like this in other stores. We throw out the pizza in bin infront of them and still they don’t care. They were watching happily. I will never go back to them. Waste of money.

I always eat here when I go into Westpoint. They always make your pizza fresh so it’s nice and hot when you eat it. It’s worth the wait. A lot of other pizza shops around this area should take lessions off them
