I Took some yeti bottles to get engraved. 1 turned out good the second was only engraved half way through the coating. I requested they replace the bottle as the service I paid for was not delivered and the bottle couldn’t be repaired. Knowing the finished product wasn’t 100% I was charged for the engraving anyway. I had to ask for a refund for the engraving. Even though we were told they engrave lots of yeti products. I was told the engraving didn’t work due to the different colour yeti bottles / coating and that this is why the issue occurred

Colin and the team went above and beyond, working back and forth with excellent communication to ensure the trophies and memorabilia for our football and netball club was perfect and even organised overnight shipping to the Pilbara when we have had last minute orders needed. Nothing was too much and we will definitely be sticking with these legends for a long time to come.

Best customer service! So happy we chose to get our award night medals made here. They looked amazing. Unfortunately they were stolen from our office the same day they were delivered but within one week they were able to remake and post our order again for us.
