The staff are fantastic and are very knowledgeable. Jason from the butterfly cafe was wonderful and you definitely should do the underwater cafe. My daughter had the best time and loved every bit of it. We will definitely return as often as we can.

Our family, including toddler and Preschooler had a wonderful visit here. The staff greet you warmly and are happy to answer questions. We weren't rushed and it wasn't crowded, so our children could enjoy at their own pace, and loved being able to feed and pat the rescue animals. My son's favourite being the eels! We finished the visit with a tasty gourmet hotdog. We look forward to returning when the butterfly enclosure, aquarium, and reptile exhibit are completed!

So many amazing things to see in one place… Rays, Sharks, Birds, Reptiles, Butterflys and more… You could spend hours! The staff are lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Make the time to check it out!

Amazing experience for the whole family. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, helping to make this a wonderful time. Everyone can enjoy feeding the sharks and rays, and even swim with them. Even the littlest of people will enjoy everything they have to offer.The butterflies are fun for all, getting up close and handling them. Plenty of reptiles to hold and pat as well.The food was delicious, and I great environment to eat, with the sharks and rays above you and all the fish tanks in the tables as well. We will definitely return on our next holiday

Perfect place to.come with the kids. And we loved the staff, and butterfly room. The hotdogs are the BEST hotdogs you will get too! Staff had lots of time and showed us lots of cool things that we didn't even expect. Thank you!

I never thought anyone could get me to put my hand in a tank, let alone pet the rays. They were amazing to watch and feed. The small bird enclosure was an added bonus with a pair of friendly cockatiels that were happy to sit on your shoulder. Had lunch in the underwater Cafe with an assortment of fish in tanks on the table.

We had an absolutely fantastic afternoon feeding the sharks and rays! The whole experience was educational and informative; a wonderful facility with lovely and helpful staff. And after we had had such a great time we also got to visit the cafe/aquarium/butterfly enclosure as well! I would highly recommend this experience and will definitely be returning!

Fantastic day out for the 11 year olds birthday. He had an absolute ball and didn't want to leave. We got the combo package which is such great value, highly recommend. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again soon.

What an absolutely amazing place to bring the family! I had always driven past but never dropped in.Brilliant experiences for the kids AND adults!There's a lot of opportunity to learn about the ocean while also supporting our local community.Make sure you visit the butterfly house and get the one on one experience as well!On the day we didn't swim with the sharks & rays but we're certainly doing that on our next visit!Well done everyone out there!! Loved our visit!

Had an awesome time! We spent 3 hours there and our 5 kids (15, 14, 10, 3, 3) still didn't want to leave! Can't wait to come back! Jason, Mikayla, and Shane were fantastic.
