Very happy with the grooming service! Our dog gets groomed here every 6-8 weeks, he always comes home looking very cute, neat and fluffy. They take very good care of him here.The retail store has a huge range of pet products and staff are always very happy to help. We also attended puppy school here, it was very informative and helpful. Highly recommend this store!

Attention: Access via escalators or elevator only (take note if you want to bring your pooch). Solid selection of pet food and general stuff you need for your furry friend. Outstanding customer service, very friendly and accommodating. The dog wash is okay, mostly, the shower head is working well. The water temperature fluctuates unfortunately and it goes cold occasionally. One of the machines is out of service now for over a month and no indication when it will be available again. This isn't a big deal, because - so far - I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to access the wash, even on a Saturday.

The staff at PetStock Holmesglen tied my dog down to undertake grooming causing welts and bruises! When I asked them to reimburse me they said if I dont sign a release form indemnifying them of any negligence they will not reimburse me! DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE!
