I made contact with the agency trying to go with my family to study English in Australia, the advisor only asked about the age of the members of my family and then her response was... Please seek immigration advice because the case is complex... and she doesn't continue advising us... for obvious reasons I do not recommend the agency, I think they only look for simple cases and do not have the capacity to face any complexity prior to or during the process... Now I am in Australia studying English with my family, the process It was simple, but with all the order applied by another agency that told us that of course it was possible

Great service! I´m very happy with Go Study. Marta helped me throughout the entire process of getting the visa, and even once I arrived to Australia, she made sure I was ok with everything I needed in order to start my course and start working. She helped find the perfect course for me as well as answering a lot of questions and concerns I had since it was my first time applying to an Australian visa. Agent seemed to be bothered and less communication. So I had to call school on my own and made a progress. you shouldn't have said something bad in the end^^ don't waste time and money just waiting for your agent telling you something.

Great support offered by staff, even though the service was from the distance. Only got to meet them through phone, but my immigrant agent was always very helpful, attentive and made the whole visa process more smooth and easy.
