Poor customer service by Jamie.I usually order x2 numbing cream for my clinic. Asked for assistance given a generic response with no interest to be helpful. Told go to website and order. It would have been helpful to be given information of the new changes from the first call instead forms were filled in. Then contacted by Jamie for payment who gave important information that should have been provided at initial call, voiding the forms I had spent time completing. She constantly interrupted and denies I had asked for assistance while on the website. Very rude and dismissive.
