Terrible communication. I was early to a appointment by 50, my mistake yes, instead of letting me know not only earlier in the day that they where running late they did not inform me untill the time of the appointment 50 min. I guess common curtiosy does not exist at the clinic.

I'd give them five stars but it costs to much for a visit I just went there and I have degenerative disc disease in my lower spine I was given a massage followed by acupuncture then heat pack with massage pads and for the first time in six months I have no back pain thankyou I'll definitely be back..again and again

I was quiet specific what I wanted and asked for the person I was making the appointment with to give me a call to discuss treatment I had received from previous visits with another staff member. Waited reasonable time for a response but did not get one. Day before appointment....Canceled ... why should I waste my time and money.

The physio's at this clinic are quite good. However, the sessions are only around 10-15 minutes. They make you feel like you are there longer by putting a heat pack on you and leaving you there for another 10-15 minutes, this is something you can do at home. If you are late your time is reduced. It is too rushed and they focus on more of a turn over, than giving you the time you need. I wouldnt recommend it. Physio's need to spend the time required, and need to know how you are progressing. Giving you a 15 min session is not adequate enough, specially if you have a complex injury or even worse multiple injuries like I.

There eftpos would not give me a rebate for Medicare I had to go to Centrelink, there I was told I would have to wait there would have been 30 people there waiting for job interviews etc , I said no way, I was given a form and I left in disgust yes that is not Phyisoactive's fault but the fact Phyisoactive said I was not the first this happened to says they have done nothing about it. i won't be back..

Sadly I wld not recommend Ben French, $100 for a 10min visit, which he typed a letter to go have a scan and cortisone injection for “disc bulge” when I had no neuro pain or symptoms ... not adequate listening skills or assessment, possible lack of knowledge as well. I have PHT and ischial bursitis which was picked up by scope chiropractic 2 hrs after seeing Ben!

I highly recommend Ben French at Physioactive, he is extremely professional and very friendly/approachable. You can tell he is passionate about his job and genuinely wants to help you get back to your optimal self.

I use the Heated indoor Hydrotherapy Pool regularly right now. I used the facility last in 2018 Brian, Tony & crew keep everything clean & readily available. The downer(the only one) is there are no security lockers for property of patrons who MUST keep their property in sight when in the Pools.
