Good coffee

Snobby and unhelpful. Items low in stock. Merchandise scattered everywhere. Store seems disorganised and caotic sharing cafe and hairdresser in same store. Easier to look at items online.

Staff are very rude. More interested in talking to each other than serving customers. When I was finally served the staff looked down their noses at me. The only reason I went back after the first poor experience was that the coffee was decent, however receiving the same poor attitude twice means I’ll never go back again.

I love the goods here. Suits the hipster market.

Great taste but horrible attitudes.I’ve been into White Nest many times and spent hundreds of dollars. Today was the last time I’ll step foot in your store.I’ve had great, friendly service in the past but this morning your middle aged staff member with blonde hair put me right off.Firstly, if you sell children’s items and have them on display you cannot possibly expect a child not look at or touch them. My daughter very carefully wheeled a pram that was on display 3m before this staff member told her she’s not allowed to touch it as it’s a display. Unbeknown to you, I have come in twice in the last few weeks looking to buy this pram for my daughters Christmas present. I wanted to see if my daughter liked it before spending the couple of hundred dollars on it. She loved it, but there is absolutely no way I was going to buy it from your store with the disgusting attitude we were served with.Here’s a tip. If you don’t want children touching items that you cater towards them, then don’t sell them. Simple as that. If you don’t want people looking, touching, smelling your display items before purchasing then you shouldn’t be in the retail game.

Great selection​of homewares and gifts. Have found lots of great gifts and cards as well as unique items to decorate out beach house. Staff are very informative, attentive and friendly.
