Definitely the best shop for your lighting problems I bought afloresent tube there and was surprised at the cheap price and great service I'll be back. 10stars. PJ.

Terrible experience with faulty fan. Robert us told everything would be looked after, then told atotally different story by another person, who said Robert was new, and didnt know about this area of the business.Terrible service, will never be back.

We recently did a small renovation to our place and used Andrews for all of our indoor and outdoor lighting. The guys were really knowledgable and helped us make decisions on what was best for our space. Have recommended them to heaps of our friends and family.

I would never do business with Andrew's light up again. I have recently had a warranty issue with a fan and I have found them to be avoidant and unprofessional. Although I couldn't produce the receipt I had the bank record showing the amount, date etc, and they were not willing to use this. They play the blame game and were very unhelpful. This poor management seems to come from the top at Head Office right down to the store level (i dealt with Bundall). Take your business elsewhere I recommend.

Visited the store this morning, staff member asked if I needed help, and when I asked 'isn't anything priced?' his response was there was 25% off all lamps ..... told him that means nothing when I can't see the original price, he then informed me 'too many stocklines to individually price'. What a load of crock! There are plenty of stores much bigger than Andrews lighting that have a hell of a lot more stocklines that seem to be able to make the effort to have their stock priced! It is a case of either slack staff or poor management if prices aren't on goods! Needless to say I walked out, I'll be spending my money where I can see the price of goods.

Visited Bundall Shop twice recently..... What a pleasure! Robert the manager has made such a difference to the shopping experience. He is certainly in the right job. Congratulations!
