I wish google would allow me to offer zero stars!!!! This was the worst customer experience I ever had. Usually, I would never write up a review critiquing any businesses; however, my experience today is the exception! I use to come here to get some of my bulk printings done. Usually, a young gentleman would serve me who is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately for today, I was served by an older man who had me waiting 10 minutes to use the computers to print. Bear in mind that I was one of two customers when I walked in. I finished my printing and walked over to the counter to pay. I stood at the counter for another 15 minutes while the man was just sitting at his computer. He never once acknowledge my presence or told me that he had to wait. After another 5 minutes, I mustered the courage to ask him politely if I could pay for the printing service. What followed is a 101 on how not to conduct customer service. He began a torrid of abuse shouting at me about how I am ungrateful for his services that he provides and that generally in banks customers have to wait. Again, I am one of two customers in the shop and never had he made it clear I had to wait for him. I can safely say that I will never be conducting business at this place again!!!

We have been using JGrow for the last few years, and the quality of the job and print has been exceptional. We're very lucky to have this place near us which does such a great service at an affordable price.From our personal experience, the gentleman serving us has been lovely as well and accommodating!
