Look I don't eat a lot of pizza..but I had one from here last night and the young lady actually listened to what I wanted..really good tucker..seriously, I really was surprised how good it was ..thanks

Not what I would call the best pizza joint around. A bit hit and miss really. We currently have a 50% success rate on our pizza orders. They go from “Ok” to “eatable” but not much more than that. Quite often they are dry or just dried out.Maybe it is the size (we go for smaller sizes so everyone gets their own pizza) or maybe it is just bad luck.

I don't get pizza often. Once every few months or so and I have always gone to Australis Pizza because of how delicious the food is. I was extremely disappointed tonight. Something is missing or has changed. Maybe lack of sauce or using a cheaper products I don't know? The Pizza was very bland and flavorless. Time to shop around again.

I paid $50 on 12th March 2023 for a reef and beef I know it’s only Sunday but it turned up cold. Never again

Just got one of the worst pizzas in my life......dry over cooked and tasteless....No sauce on the pizza at all......very disappointed was my favourite place in Grafton..... will go elsewhere if they keep this up

Tonight I put in an order for ribs and a salad. On the website it said delivery is 45 min wait. After an hour still no food I ring them for them to inform me delivery will be at least 2 hours tonight. Would have been nice to know that before I ordered! If I had of known I would have tried elsewhere. I’m exhausted and just want to sleep but now I have to wait at least another hour for my food to get to me.Edit. Well they somehow found the time to deliver my food quicker after I rang up unhappy.The Cesar salad is shown below…it’s just sort of fried bits of omelette with baby spinach. A bit strange. There’s also not much meat on the ribs and they try and make up for it by drenching the bones in sauce.

Ordered our pizza at 8pm and didn’t arrive till 9.30 pm very poor service. Not happy. base undercooked and ingredients missing.

We had the pleasure of sharing Australis pizza with our family tonight, the whole experience from ordering to pick up was fantastic, we were greeted with polite and a very attentive phone manners and given all the information we needed, price, expected wait time ect, We arrived and the lady who served us had a bubbly helpful manner, the young man cooking was very polite and passionate about his job he handed over the pizza with a great customer service attitude, to top the experience off our pizza was hot, crisp had plenty of filling and tasted absolutely delicious, the whole family was in favour which is usually a hard task to please everyone. Top efforts all round, Thank you Australis pizza for great service, staff and product.
