BM Bikes - BMW Motorcycle Service, Repairs & Parts Perth

I've only recently purchased my BMW 1200 GS and was keen to investigate the most appropriate servicing agent for this machine - it wasn't easy navigating the 'used car salesman' minefield but after reading the service history for the bike, I settled on Thorsten. Thorsten is without doubt the most affable and trustworthy mechanic I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Nothing is too hard and his almost immediate response time to queries is exceptional. Thorsten values his customers and can be trusted to provide straight forward advice on relevant equipment and not a sales pitch to market products. Thorsten loves a chat and is an incredible source of information when planning those long distance tours. As long as BM Bikes is open for business - that's where my bike will park its problems.

Just came to buy a motorbike dashcam. Thorsten was very helpful and polite as well as offering post-purchase installation support. The 4 star is only because I haven't had work done on my bike there which is their main business.

Amazing service, I orders parts on Wednesday 4pm and they were in Cairns Friday avo. well done guys.

R1150GS Final drive bearing failed..I Ordered a new bearing from BM bikes and wrote a pretty please can you sent today email to them. BM Bikes responded within an hour and and shipped my order same day.Being in Melbourne and having the Perth based business perform this well... amazing!!Thanks so much guys.

After 5 years of servicing this bike at the only BMW motorbike dealer (which is where I bought it brand new from) in Perth, I now go to see Thorsten at BM bikes. He’s a certified master BMW technician who is very hands on and accessible with all his customers. Very reasonably priced and he tells you how it is without the sales hype or oversell. With some notice you can also arrange a loan bike if you need to. Thorsten will be looking after my bike servicing requirements from now on. If you’ve got a Beemer in Perth there is no better bloke to trust your beloved bike with.

Booked my R18 in for a service with BMbikes in Jandakot. Left the bike with Thorsten and picked it up the following day. Thorsten was quite happy to discuss the bike with me and I can honestly say that its not very often I've left a mechanics without thinking I've been diddled in some way or another. This was one of these times were I did leave thinking that I had absolute confidence that the work carried out was of a high standard and Thorsten obviously takes pride in the work he does. Price for the work carried out was also less than I expected it to be which was a nice surprise. His knowledge of BMW is without doubt great and i highly recommend making a trip to see him when your bike next needs work done on it. Also good to see all the bikes in the shop from new to vintage.
