The Wrap Place is my go to for the best acai bowls! I love that I just walk into the door and all the staff know my order. The team and the food is great. Could not recommend highly enough! :)

Absolute gem.Service was wondering, family and cosy vibes all round.Had cold pressed juice and an acai bowl. Both delicious.Cute decor and the options to dine inside or outside.

Had the worst experience today , I'm sure there is new owners went in this afternoon to get a acai bowl waited , waited 2 people behind the counter talking one making wraps the other doing I got know what . I waited and took a seat . Then music playing song comes on and every second word was the f" or the "N" word . Now I'm no Karen but that is taking the cake . Bad customer service at it's best ."

Love this place food is awesome and fresh!!But today the staff were terrible! 3 there one serving other 2 didn’t look at myself or other customers that entered after me I waited for over 5/10mins until the male staff member finished cutting and turned around to serve me! The younger girl had a sour look on her face the whole time then finally looked up to the person behind me and asked was anyone waiting?? Um yes and the two others standing behind her! 3/03/23 older lady was the only o e to say sorry won’t be long to the other people in store!

Loved the wraps and salad bowls but since new owners I have been there 3 times wraps fall apart. The lettuce has been brown but they still try to serve it, bacon is not cooked and very fatty.

Service was friendly, but açai bowls weren’t worth the drive.Look, it could have been new staff/owners or just having a bad day, but there was way too much apple juice, so you ended up with a soup.The apple juice flavour was also so overpowering, it almost tasted like apple bubblegum.My recommendations for the new owners, reduce the liquid content & either change to a better apple juice or replace completely with coconut water.
