Clean and the beds are somewhat comfy for a motel. The air con is prehistoricdoesn't work all that well, have it set to 20°c on cool and barely cools the room, still sweating while lying still. And the shower didn't have cold water, just less hot, which isnt great after a long hot drive.Other than that, it surely is a m/hotel.

the rooms are very clean and have a toaster, kettle and microwave. I've stayed here many times and it's very comfortable and has everything you need. The only down side is that it's near the highway so occasionally there's a road train that drives past which can be pretty loud. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.
