I have been training with Jessie of Motiv8 Fitness for over a year and I am really happy with the experience. She is always encouraging, enthusiastic, and has a vast knowledge of health and fitness. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness (initially weight loss and now body composition) without her help in my training sessions. She regularly evaluates where I am, pushes me as far as I can go, and tailors my workout programs to all my desired goals. I could not be happier and satisfied with the progress I have made since I started training with Jessie. Highly recommended!

I just had a training plan fit for me by Jessie + 3 sessions for her to go through the program with me. I felt that is only one phone consultation she could understand my needs and came up with a training plan that was suitable for my life and motivation. Furthermore, she is very professional and patient!
