The gentleman who delivered my bed and base was wonderful.He put inside the house in the hall and I was very glad I asked him to do that as all three boxes were very heavy, too heavy for me to lift. Thank you.

It was highly unprofessional to have only one person sent to deliver such a heavy item, and to make matters worse, there was not even a trolley provided to carry the heavy boxes. As a result, I had to assist the delivery person in lifting up the desk, which unfortunately resulted in me experiencing back pain. This was an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience that could have been avoided with proper planning and preparation.

These guys are the worst, Three weeks, 15 phone calls and endless frustration trying to find my parce (it was a Christmas tree)l. The only effective skill they have is excuse making. After the delivery was lost, canceled and never delivered, To My Door waited 6 months to send a feedback request hoping I may have forgotten- well I didn’t. The absolute worst.

The delivery of my Ecosa Queen Bed frame went smoothly, delivered on the day and time it was scheduled. Nice polite drivers/delivery persons.Love my new bed too, such good quality!

Nightmare delivery driver. My wife is small and couldn't carry the parcel up a small flight of stairs to the front door. Driver refused to bring the box to our front door when asked by my wife. Driver started to take our delivery back to his truck when my wife complained. That's theft. My wife had to plead with the driver not to take our delivery. My wife called me in tears. Astonishingly bad customer service. Driver deserves to lose their job.

Excuses and false promises. Takes over 3 weeks for delivery. If you order from Secret Lab make sure to tell anyone else but these guys. I was taken advantage of because of how chill I was about it. Shipping was literally $9 and I would have happily paid 50 or more dollars for AUS POST or someone reputable. Never again.

The first delivery driver who has actually followed delivery instructions correctly. Delivered to my back door while I was out and they even closed our fiddly difficult gate after themselves - a detail not included in instructions, but highly desired. Very pleased with their prompt delivery and attention to detail!
