Fair pricing, slow to change over 4 tyres and do a wheel alignment. Promised vehicle would be ready by 3.30pm still waiting....

Stopped at Bob Jane Bathurst unannounced as a front tyre was going flat after hitting a pothole near Lithgow. I was on the way from Sydney to Orange. The bloke at reception said they would fix a puncture within about an hour so I went for a walk. Got a call within 15 minutes saying unfortunately it was tyre wall damage. They didn't have a replacement in stock and offered to order one or to fit the temporary spare. I asked for them to fit the spare and 10 minutes later I was back on the road. Total charge was zero. So having done all that for free why not 5 stars ? The spare is one of those skinny temporary tyres and is supposed to be inflated to 60 psi. It had been in the car unchecked for a while and I discovered later was only at 35 psi. Not their fault but not safe for me and the wife either hence just 4 stars. Still happy they helped out for nothing. I will consult Bob Jane locally when I next need tyres due to this positive experience.

Just wanted to show my appreciation to the team at Bob Jane in Bathurst, had a ride on mower tyre go flat and come of the rim so I took it down to them.They promptly got it fixed and pumped up for me at no charge, it might be a small job but I was more than happy to pay. It’s small actions like this that make Bob Jane stand out from the rest.I appreciate your help and assistance and thank you again, The staff need more recognition for what they do.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible customer service!Due to being Easter this was our only hope of getting our tyre fixed from a blow out on the highway. Drove from Lyndhurst to Bathurst to get it fix after a puncture repair then drove straight back after the replacement. Next day went to hitch up and out tow hitch was missing. $500 later and a new hitch we drove back to Bob Jane and the owner had no cares to give. We asked for surveillance cameras to be checked and he said he would give us a call. That’s it .. no “I’m sorry I can’t believe that happened” nothing. So a $400 tyre a $500 new hitch and also a slow Leake in another tyre that they said they checked. Furious is an understatement. Would no recommend

Gone are the days where tyre centres would go above and beyond. I remember when you use to spend money on a set of four tyres, whilst the rim was off the tyre, they'd wash and clean rims, then present the vehicle to you with tyre shine on the new tyres also.Now you get the car back and your rims have marks and grease on them (see picture). It's taken some effort to get it off too.When you spend $1500 on tyres, you'd expect some good results. Essentially this place is a big vending machine just for tyres and that's it. Don't expect much more.
