Hi we stayed on the weekend in room 205/206 all we heard all night was water running in side the wall well we think that’s were it was coming from …we had no sleep … the young boy that came up to listen at about 12.20 am said he couldn’t do anything as they were full …. Not happy and probably won’t stay there again …. All they did was gave us a free breakfast …..

The 'flat battery' chirp from the smoke alarm started at 1AM, and reflects the general lack of maintenance evident elsewhere. Not enough parking, which is poorly administered. Nice enough, but they need to lift their game.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. The reception staff were polite and helpful with directions. I found the room clean and well equipped, the only downside was the pillows on the bed were all lumpy leaving me with a sore neck. Would stay again.

Staff were fantastic in accomodating an early check in after a redeye flight from WA. Location is in a quiet area for road traffic but close to lots of things. Would stay here again

My only issue about the room was the shower cubicle - quite tiny. Breakfast was ok for the price. However, my experience overall was good, and the front desk / reception team was very friendly.

Do not book here. My partner and I have been trying to move the date of when we want to September instead of on the 15th of July as we are not financially stable at the moment to be going anywhere at the moment. They have declined and said that we can offer the room to one of our mates. Very disappointing.

Rooms definitely need a refresh, beds were comfortable. Location was great. Parking was okay on the street but would hate for it to be busy. Skip breakfast and find something else in the city.

I can not speak highly enough about the Mantra on Jolymont. This is the second time we have stayed. The staff are just so amazing. Nothing was a bother to them. We had a few requests and they sorted all of them out with a smile. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is great. A special thanks to Sonny who booked us a room away from the train tracks. We will definitely be back.

Staff were really good, friendly and accommodating. The venue is fine, not amazing but location is not good. No bar. No restaurant. Basic breakfast - was OK. Nothing really nearby or in walking distance. No gym, no spa, no sauna.

Do not book to stay here. They are money hungry. Want to charge the whole booking amount to cancel 8 months out from the actual stay. Will never stay at a Mantra property again. Morally wrong and just want to cash in on people’s misfortunes.
