Biggin & Scott Seaford

The team at Biggin & Scott are absolutely amazing property managers. I have so much trust in their ability to look after my investment property and their regular communication with me in relation to property reports, maintenance requests etc. I cannot recommended the team at Seaford more highly. I am so appreciative of what they do for me.

I engaged Luke Lawlor to sell my property in Seaford after living there for over 40 years. Despite being recommended as one of the best agents, my experience was extremely disappointing. Luke’s level on interest, proactiveness, and communication did not meet my expectations. I had to repeatedly call him after open house events to ask for feedback. After 3 months when I raised my concerns, I suggested reducing the price without Luke offering any guidance. As my townhouse was due to be completed in 6 weeks, I had no choice but to give my listing to another agent at my expense of $3,500. Overall, dealing with Luke was stressful and a waste of my time and money. I would definitely not recommend Luke.

Marnie Austin at Biggin & Scott Seaford was our rental manager for the past 2+ years. We could not have wished for a better level of service and professionalism. Plus, Marnie is friendly and helpful at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend Biggin & Scott Seaford to anyone else.

Worst agency!!Went through 6 property managers in about 2 years, when time to move out landlord and agent nit picked every reason to keep our bond!!Stay far away!!

This is THE worst real estate my mum and I have ever dealt with!Always slow at getting back to, if they actually call you back. We had so many things needing fixed, things that the previous tenants to us needed fixing also that didn’t get fixed. We had our front door not working for almost 4 months! We couldn’t open it and had to use the garage to got in and out! The garden was that bad when we moved in that we couldn’t even get out there! Took months to get someone in to fix up, after my mum had already spent $500 on it so we could use it! I could go on, but I’m sure you get the point!Lastly, our bond! We gave the keys back on the 1/07/2022 and we STILL don’t have our bond back! They even tried to keep it coz of the garden, go figure lol they let up on that one though once sending through photos of how it was! The house was disgusting when we moved in and it was so clean when moved out! They do not contact you when you ask, it’s terrible! Go somewhere else if you’re reading this! Trust me!

Have been renting a property for 14 yrs now. The first 12.5 years weren't to bad but the last 1.5 years the property manager isnt that great.

I don't know what they are like on the sales side, but we have had the misfortune to deal with one of their property managers who handles two properties across the fence from ours.We have found her to be unprofessional, discourteous to the point of rude, inefficient and frankly incompetent. She couldn't organise a toddler's birthday party, let alone manage an investment property.My advice, take time to read all the reviews. There is an abondance of negative comments about their property management skills (or lack of); and think twice before you get them to manage your investment property. If you’re happy with unreturned phone calls and emails and having to wait much longer than necessary for anything to get done, if done at all, then by all means, they are the right people for you.Personally, I would avoid dealing with them at all costs. Real estate is a competitive business and there are many excellent realtors around so why bother with those who are unpleasant and don't do a good job.

Unresponsive,left voice message,emailed Luke Lawler, called office and asked again...ten days no response except now being hounded by a Peter who now seems to think he can get money out of me to mortgage,refinance etc! I never asked for him or that,I had a simple enquiry about a unit for sale and if my cat was allowed!.Obviously they just serve themselves and pass on my details without permission.Its a no sale now from me!
