Terrible! They charged full fee if you do cancellation less than 24 hours. How you can know in advance, day before if you be sick? Other psychologist charge only small fee, like $30 for cancellation. They are greedy for money!

Barbera is a lovely lady to get in touch with if you need some assistance.

Been going here for years now and couldn't have landed a better psychologist. The whole team are friendly and always helpful. I recommend to this service highly 10/10

I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone who is seeking or wanting genuine support with their mental health. I was rudely spoken to by the receptionist and told that I had failed to attend two appointments and was unreliable" upon explaining that I had made attempts to communicate needing a phone appointment (Telehealth) there was not a single ounce of consideration surrounding my change in circumstances. I emphasized multiple times that I did not miss my appointment ( Not sure who invests $200 per session into their mental health to then supposedly miss appointments). I had done my best to be as transparent as possible and completely vulnerable in my session's to then be told " My GP had been contacted and I was no longer welcome to be seen by the therapist". Barbra did not address this situation in a professional manner and a further complaint will be around Riverlands therapy services and their choice of conduct. I have now been left absolutely traumatized from this experience. Its all money driven and there is no consideration at all for the clients."

Ive been working with Renee for nearly 2 years now and I could not recommend her or the practice more highly. The staff here genuinely care about you and invest in your outcomes. Renee has worked well collaboratively with other health providers and made sure I'm being cared for holistically. Renees style is not what I've been used to before but has been the most useful for me. She is empathetic yet isn't afraid to challenge ideas and thoughts and this is how she gets the best out of me. I really appreciate everything Riverlands has done and look forward to my therapy days :)

Larissa is terrific with children

We had a very painful experience seeing Ken at this practice. Finding someone who is empathetic, warm, and respectful is very important. We didn't find that here.
