Contacted office this morning re being sold an item that was reproduction piece, not authentic furniture. Spoke to a man who was very helpful and provided advice for about 25 minutes. A little later he rang back with more advice after speaking to colleagues. It was excellent service. I was impressed with it.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! They don’t give you all the accurate information about their products’, they then refuse a refund and say they will only give you a store credit- making you pay for the return of the goods’- they don’t have a phone number you can call- I did not waste my time arguing with them via email, I messaged all my evidence through to them to give them the option to refund me- then I just called consumer and buisness affairs’ straight away and left in with them to deal with.

Many people need their rental security bond back ASAP. It must surely be a mere mouse click or so by CBS to send it back to the tenant's registered bank account once cleared.This is their message to my request to speed it up: We are currently experiencing higher than usual processing times and are unable to respond to your email for approximately 20 business days".Maybe if Malinauskas did fewer photo shoots..."

Absolutely trash wouldn't even help at all. Had no ability to show respect; I had a simple request about a company not doing what it says. And all she said was; I'm not helping you because the company is not registered in Australia. Rather than just assisting in how I can look for the info or who I can go to for help.

Wait times on phone are lengthy. HOWEVER advice has been wonderful and I was carefully guided through steps in formal complaints process against a large company. Their cautionary advice making the process easier for me and any future action. Well worth the wait in this instantaneous demand world.

Not really sure what this service actually provides. I put in a request for assistance more than 7 weeks ago for a major purchase (over $25,000) that was faulty and the seller is being incredibly difficult to deal with hence why I sought help from this organisation. Rang up to find out that they haven't even assigned someone to my case yet and couldn't even give a rough timeline to when it would likely happen. Surely major purchases should be prioritised? Obviously not.I guess they just try ignore things as long as they can until they go away. Way to spend tax payer money Australia.

Susie Ruthenbeck was absolutely excellent in understanding my case, and wanted to do everything in her power to help me. Unfortunately, due to some of the gray-area challenges of my case, she directed me to seek legal advice to look further into the technicalities. Fortunately however, the lawyer agreed with Susie's cautionary advice that I was likely wronged across a number protection laws, and I won the case. Thank you for your assistance Susie!

If you need to be run around, this company is the place to start! Advised that I couldn't be helped, mine is a civil case- talk to legal services. I did, and they said NO, CBS is who you need to talk to, rang back CBS- they asked if I had reported to police, no I said, I was referred back to you by legal services. CBS then advised that they couldn't help, call police. I did and guess what, police said call CBS.........................here we go again...........
