Nice BP Station with Wild Bean Café which has really good barista made coffee. Friendly staff and a great choice of foods and drinks. Fuel 91 currently is $1,349. Also there is a nice seating area, showers and power stations.

There are free hot showers, it’s very cleaning. And can charging in the seating area, also have free WiFi.

Grabbed a coffee and some sausages last Saturday 13th June around 6am and the lady who served me was very pleasant. The coffee was just so good. Ladies toilet was very clean as well. Well done to the staff of BP The Lakes :)

Men’s toilets have been barricaded off for the last month or two. Not a priority?************Back trying to get a shower and I discover none of the showers have a shower head. Wonder how long before they fix that?

I live locally to this fuel station, and I go there almost everyday. All the staff are amazing, and I’ve always loved the establishment.However, there is one staff member out of all of them that makes every interaction extremely awkward. She never wears a name tag, so I’m incapable of leaving a name.A shorter lady, with light brown hair. I’ve never once seen her smile, or had her tell me to have a good day, and from observations while being in the store, she treats other customers the same. It’s a very awkward experience and it makes me not want to return. If the treatment by this woman remains the same I will be taking this complaint further up, as I’ve dealt with the situation for quite some time and I’m tired of being treated like anything less than a human by her.

Overcharged me for a drink from the fridge. Was supposed to be $3.50 but I was charged $5.20. Didn't realise until later. The BP pies aren't what they used to be either. They are pretty average compared to what they were before. Won't be stopping there again.

One friendly Australian person behind counter..... other men rude and don't speak to customers.Toilets filthy needs a good clean.Not good for BP
