Excellent and honest service. I had taken my Tiguan to a local mechanic who had changed 3 things on my car without fixing it. He then recommended a full turbo replacement. I had been recommended Volkscare to have a second look. They were able to diagnose the real issue quickly and fix for a fraction of the cost of the original diagnosis. Super knowledgeable, fast and at reasonable price. Thanks so much for saving me money and saving my car! Will definitely bring my VW only to them in the future.

Boris is a top notch mechanic and bloke. He has been servicing my Vintage VW Beetle since 1998. I've known him since he began work with another VW mechanic shop. He is meticulous and trustworthy. FYI, there is a really good pie and coffee shop around the corner from his workshop, handy to hang out while you wait.

Exceptional customer service, had my car towed to these guys when it broke down. Not only did they provide a quality diagnostic service, they also went above and beyond. They rang around to find a solution to a troublesome transmission, getting quotes and making the pain of a broken transmission all the more easier to take. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough and I will be making the extra journey to have these guys service my car regularly.
