Reached out to Josh at Connected Electricians to do an oven installation at short notice. Not only did he respond quickly & promptly provide a detailed quote, he also arrived on time as arranged. Josh was very knowledgeable & thoroughly checked all aspects of the job which resulted in him finding a separate issue in our switchboard which he rectified for us free of charge. Before leaving he ensured that everything was clean & tidy. Would definitely call Josh again if/when we need more electrical work completed.

Josh came around and added additional electrical outlets and replaced a few single socket outlets with doubles and a quad. Very professional and advised on upgrading our circuit breaker board to the latest regulations. He kept within the original quote price, pratised good communication throughout the process to minimise the downtime effects of when he needed to turn off the electricity while I was working from home. We’ll get him back to do the data cabling.

Josh responded rapidly to our call and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a faulty component in our oven. The replacement part was quoted for, was ordered, arrived and installed within a couple of days. He also took care of a few other jobs around the house. He was very friendly and efficient, and we would definitely recommend him and employ his services again.
