Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came into THE Runners Shop looking for a style of shoe recommended by my Podiatrist. Unfortunately, the recommended style was not meeting my comfort needs. The Staff, walked me through different styles available and brands until I found the perfect fit! Thank you so much for your help and I will definitely be coming back to your shop for my next pair of runners.

Great and friendly service. This is now my goto shop for Running and Trail shoes. I think I found my perfect fit for Trail running with the Hoka Challenger ATR. Thx for letting try so many different options. There is plenty of choice and price is the same than online retailers.

This shop is amazing, great service and special thanks to Charlotte who served us. She stayed open after the closing time of 5pm to help us with our shoe fitting. There was a great variety of shoe choices and flexibility with the staff.

Amazing customer service - I placed my order on the Monday afternoon before Christmas (Friday) and they did everything in their power to get the package to the post office that day before it closed so that I would receive the shoes before Christmas (which I did)Thanks so much for going above and beyond, greatly appreciated.

Track shoes are super hard to find and fit - these ppl really know what to do, took time & care to get proper fitting spikes. Much better than some larger places we’ve been. Alsogot our mum some good fitting sneakers although they won’t help improve her running style

I'm soon heading to Finland for the World Masters Athletics and wanted a pair of the new and amazing Nike Air Zoom Maxfly spikes ASAP. I tried on other spikes for size and they promised to call me when my size arrived in the country. I got the phone call last week and they delivered them free two days later. Very grateful that they didn't forget me and the spikes look to be everything that's promised by Nike.

My husband and his friends have always had a good experience at this store. He took me here to purchase a new pair of running shoes for my birthday this year.I wanted so much to love my new Nike shoes and support this small business. The shoes seemed comfortable when I was fitted in store. When I took them on my first walk, they gave me terrible heel blisters. I went back to the store and they recommenced I purchase a new pair of socks. The $30 pair of socks didn't fix the issue. I've been trying to break them in around the house, lacing them different ways, using different insoles and heel grips but it's just not worth the resulting blister pain. I expect for new leather shoes to be uncomfortable until you break them in, but not running shoes. Unfortunately it seems that the B team was on that day as the fit is not right.

These guys are amazing. I purchased a new pair of shoes and had a slight issue with them, the team took them back and organized me a new pair. Fantastic service and a great selection of shoes.

Great selection of running shoes and knowledgeable staff with no BS. The store looks like it's from the 80's or a market stall though.
