BlueCare Acacia Gardens Retirement Village

Tried to have a family member booked in at this place. Found it extremely difficult to find anyone and when i did finally locate someone they were not able to give any information or point me in the right direction, not a good way to run an aged care facility.

A serene setting to retire quietly in. Friendly community.

Took great care of nan until she passed away... if your loved one has assets however, don't tell the home. Your loved one will get a room wether they are well off or not. We made the mistake of telling them about nan's assets, and they used the money as they pleased.... even though those without money got the same level of care and treatment. Make sure your loved one signs away all liquid assets to a trusted loved one prior to application. It won't affect their care or treatment, though showing money in their name will mean after they pass they will have lost a great deal for no reason what so ever. Tell the home they have no money left to them. Trust me. It will be the best decision you EVER MAKE!. The staff are wonderful, don't get me wrong, but the company will go through thousands of dollars without a comprehensive explanation why.Have them sign over the cash or liquid assets via a Notary Public using a Power of Attorney, and you'll be protecting yourself and your loved ones. Don't bring up money unless they do, and just we don't have any. You have access" to your mum or dad's

Would be higher if they looked after patients...

Another aged home roads are tiny but has roundabouts looks a nice place has it's own visitors car park no visitors allowed to park inside but can drop off

A wonderful facility for the aged and inform.

Excellent staff. Neat and tidy buildings and surrounds. High care factor.

Lovely place for people are very caring and all over great service would recommend

Not good. Was in lock down from a covid outbreak
