We contacted Len Worthington initially as he had recently sold the house across the street from us as well as 2 other properties in our secluded acreage estate. We also had another estate agent come round to assess our property, so that we could compare, and found Len’s approach and appraisal to be far superior and felt much more comfortable with his ability to handle the sale of our property to our best advantage.
