Domino’s Pizza White Rock
Poor staff training obviously if an online order is needing to be remade but you can’t seem to know the address details /where it was going. It’s right infront of you and you don’t even bother to call when it’s sitting there at your store for an hour...Will be going back to ordering from Earlville since they are more efficient with there general customer service and delivery times.

It's what you would expect from a pizza chain. Not bad, but not really remarkable either.Average pizzas, not enough garlic butter on the garlic bread, tiny dessert servings etc.My only real complaint is that my pizzas arrive a bit cold. Remarkable as Pizza Hut's ones are still hot, and they're 10 minutes farther away.Domino's White Rock is only a 7-10 minute bike ride/drive away.

The last three times I have ordered from this store I have received the wrong Pizza wrong drink and no garlic bread.Having to repeat myself over and over while ordering on the telephone is also frustrating.Very unprofessional.Something needs to change.

Domino’s Pizza White Rock
I recently visited Domino's Pizza White Rock and overall had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delivered quickly. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the food - it tasted fresh, and all the ingredients were well-cooked and tasty. The only thing I would change is that my pizzas arrived a bit cold. Other than that, great service and delicious food - I would definitely recommend Domino's Pizza White Rock!

The staff are amazing, whiterock store had a one year of being opened celebration on Election Day and just about half of cairns ordered. They all worked like troopers, I’m sure they need some counselling after the trauma of working tonight. Champions, great service. Should bump up their wages :)

Ok stuffed up the order my daughter placed on line.But.They Re did the whole order 8 mins flat.Gave us the ones that were wrong, so some else gets them…. Jack? and added some extras.Great job guys 100% on customer service. The guy even brought them out to my daughter.Cheers Whiterock team. 5⭐️From us.
