Don't take your boat here. They had mine for 3 months and still couldn't fix the problem and still made me pay. I got my boat back with grease on it

Had a great experience with Steve and Paul sorting out some minor bits and pieces and short time for my Yammy OB.Would highly recommend

Very disappointed.I put my boat in for a service and it was handed back with big greasy boot prints on the trailer mudguards. I did point it out and one fella ‘cleaned’ it but I had to spend an hour cleaning up the greasy footprints left when I got home.I expected my boat to be returned in as good or better condition than when I left it.I called to say how disappointed I was, expecting some customer service - an apology and some effort to make me feel better - but what I got was a very frosty response and doubt that I was even telling the truth (despite my photos).I know this is only a small issue from a small customer, but I’ve come away with a very poor experience and no effort to make the customer feel any better. I hope they took more care with the mechanicals than with the exterior.Kind regardsMurray

Last Saturday I called at 9.30 and spoke to Dave regarding my hydraulic steering failure. He said bring it in during the week. I said will call you back as due to work commitments unsure when I could drop it off. Rang back and asked could I drop it off today. Yard was full but they agreed. Helped me get the boat off and said could be ready Wednesday. Wednesday came and I got a phone call saying boat was ready. Also asked to check trailer bearings and this was done. Steering was bled and now works well. Price less than $300. Very happy. Best service by two country miles on the Gold Coast as my reviews would attest.

Whitemarine Marine have been servicing my 2 engines for a number of years, they are 17 years old and things are starting to need replacement.The team at Whitewater are great, especially Dave and Kim who have been fantastic and are very patient with my tight timeframes and fastideous nature.Thankyou for everything and I highly recommend them.

These guys went above and beyond looking after me and my new 50hp yamaha that had issues covered under warranty.Can not recommend them highly enough.

Don’t bother. Called twice and spoke to Steve(n) about some spare parts. Said he’d call back. Never called back. So I called to check & he had no recollection of the details.Trying to support a local business yet their customer service is rock bottom. Pick up your game Guys and if you say you’re going to call back, Do so. Since purchased said parts on eBay and now will be delivered to my door undoubtedly cheaper then going here.

Guy answering the phone is so dam grumpy wouldn't bother calling them for help again, he asked why I would want to buy the part because they don't usually wear?! Why the hell would I be calling for a new part if it was fine ?? Pick up your game mate and attitude..

Don't send your wife to get your HD100 oil bottle refilled? They take your brand new bottle and give you one that has been kicking around in the back of somebody's boat for the last 15 years!
