I contacted the company after business hours regarding a purchase I wanted to return and not only did they responded so quickly, they refunded me instantly. Outstanding customer service!

I recently ordered 4 sliding window locks from this company. After a couple of weeks they had not arrived as expected so I contacted the Safety Store. After a day or so the owner of the business contacted me and advised that the items had been sent and that Australia Post had delivered them. I thought I can't really blame the Safety Store Australia for Australia Post's mistake, when The proprietor, without hesitation, said he would send another order immediately. This was accompanied with sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. And sure enough, the locks arrived a few days later. It is rare these days to deal with a company who offer such great service, rectify others mistakes and don't try to get out of solving the problem; and all at their expense. I would have no no hesitation in dealing with this company again.
