Westcare Family Medical Centre is my preferred Medical Centre. I enjoy the friendly Appointment process through Phone or convenience of the Online option. I appreciate the personal attention if I cannot get an appointment due to short notice, the Reception Staff have never failed to fit me in. Thank You Westcare. Keep up the good work.

Dr Shivangi is very thorough with my medical conditions always on top of my conditions and is very supportive. All medical staff and receptionists are always pleasant and thorough. All my Covid shots and flu shots are always up to date and all nursing staff and doctors are commended with all their kindness and efforts.

Dr Kate Matthews is brilliant! Excellent communication, treatment and check ins. Responsive via emails after appointments too. Went to her with an issue and excellent explanations and investigations. I will not see any other GP, finally found a GP who listens and is willing to follow up issues! Beyond grateful for her service!!
