From beginning to end - professional. Stephen who came out for the service and clean was polite, professional and communicated clearly. Joseph explored options to get an effective solution went the extra mile. They were one of the few companies I phone who made the clean part of the service and inspection. I'm kept getting told I wouldn't need a clean as it wouldn't make a difference, or it was an additional cost. How you could service without included a clean is to me, ridiculous. Thanks to the entire team. Would highly recommend.
