The store manager had no empathy when answering my phone call and was very rude in her communication when I called to enquire about my order. She said she had no idea what happened in her warehouse and when will the stock be unloaded and we can cancel our order if we want after this wait. Then she goes ahead and says that she doesn’t want to receive any more phone calls.
