We recently commissioned MV Solar to install an off grid system in our family home.Because this was a significant investment on our part we interviewed four different companies before selecting MV Solar to do the work.During the selection phase three of the companies we spoke to tried to direct us to their off the shelf solutions ,albeit with minor changes.Michael Valentine was the only one who submitted a proposal for a custom designed system specifically suited for our needs.We found this ,as well as Michaels knowledge, to be a significant point of difference.After visiting his set up in Denman the choice was obvious.Now the system is up and running and we are off the grid.MV Solar were simply fantastic to deal with at every level.Michael ,Karen, Tim and the team are totally professional and we are delighted with our new off grid system.So far the system has exceeded our expectations, as has MV Solar.I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating a solar installation.

Recently completed installation of PV Solar + battery under the Empowering Homes loan scheme. Did a great job designing a solution for my somewhat shady location and organising installation in a reasonable amount of time. Good communication and support from a company who has been doing solar for a long time.Output from my system exceeds my expectations, I'm really happy. Will update this review in the future if things change.Update:. I've had solar for almost a year now. Have not had an electricity bill to pay until rainy midwinter, and it was only small. My location is quite shady and I couldn't be happier with the decision to go solar. Midwinter my battery would only get to 3/4 on a sunny day, but already it's back getting to full (mid-July).
