Ocean Front Motel at Blue Bay

Beautiful as usaual our room was lovely and clean with a besutiful view from our bed.Unfortunately for 2 tall peeps the bathroom was too small.The up side was the hand held shower head.Its great that every room is different every time we stay its an adventure keep up the great work.

If you love amazing views then the Ocean Front Motel is the perfect place for you. We stayed on the second floor & was not disappointed. As soon as you walk in the room you’re greeted with the most amazing views. Tell me where you can shower & wash your hands with ocean views? The reception staff & cleaners were absolutely lovely, they had genuine conversations with us daily. The bathroom had built in pumps with hand wash, body lotion (smelled divine) shaving cream, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. I couldn’t hear any other guests which is a huge bonus. I could continue to go on about how much I love this place, it’s perfect for a quiet getaway. You can lay in bed & watch the sunrise & sunset. What more could you ask for? Thank you to everyone at the Ocean Front Motel for an amazing time, we’ll definitely be back.

Nice , very nice location.I love The Entrance & have been coming here since I was a kid with my parents in the late 70s , albeit staying across the bridge in the caravan .Great to step up & book a 2nd level room with outdoor spa facing the ocean . Although the room was slightly bland it was pretty good for the comforts and a good sized bathroom /shower in comparison.I rate the 5 stars on the location as the main attraction and off course the spa .I want to return & finally dine out at the restaurant on the ground floor as the reviews are great and so was the scent of good food wafting through the sea breeze whilst I regrettably ate takeout

Much better than I expected. Presently surprised by the modern restoration. Fabulous ocean views from the balcony. Wonderful beds and extremely clean and comfortable room. First Class.

Disappointed given the price paid. Upon entering the room I was blown away by the stunning view but unfortunately the floors felt gritty, but other than that, the room was quite clean.On the second day of our stay the cleaners made up the room and by mistake left our fridge door open so stored breastmilk & food spoiled, as we did not return to our room until later that evening.On the third day the sheets were to be changed as per motel policy. This did not happen, nor was the bar fridge restocked as advised and had previously been done the day prior.I feel for the price paid this should not have occurred.The ladies in reception were lovely and very welcoming and were disappointed too to receive my reports.

We usually travel down to stay here,the room needs at least a microwave and long mirror. There isn't a hand wash in the toilet, sharing the basin in the room as well as using it for fetching water to boil for tea or coffee humm..... worried about the hygiene.

Ocean front motel overlooking the ocean with amazing views.The downside was the receptionist wasn't friendly never smiled just checked us without uttering a word.We only found out ourselves there was underground parking area reserved for guests when we couldn't find parking on the side car parks after we came back from our dinner.Kindness and smiling is magical unfortunately is never for sale in Woolies or Coles!

Beautiful view of ocean horizon and the rooms was really nice & modern. I think the value is definitely worth it.Only thing was I didn’t have a great food experience here.. For over $100 for dinner it should be top but it was sort of basic bistro food mostly. I also unknowingly ordered way too much bc staff weren’t rlly helpful with informing me of the menu. Some of the food was burnt too ..if your paying that much for food it should be of high standard
