Very disappointed. I'm new to the area and presented wanting a mental health care plan so I could continue seeing my psychologist for work related vicarious trauma. I already flagged with reception I wanted a longer appointment.Doctor literally said, This is my fourth mental health care plan today. There are people waiting. Can you come back tomorrow?"Me: "No

Left work to attend my appointment to find the place closed, no answer on phone. No contact to advise me why absolutely poor... waste of my time now I need to take more time off and find a different local doctor.. this place is pathetic.

Book a phone appointment and get left waiting.more than 1 hour later ring to find out why only.to be told the doctor is a slow one not good when you suffer severe manic depression seeking help and get treated like you don't matter go elsewhere
